Refund Policy

Truflix Media Refund Policy

General Policy:

Truflix Media provides professional photography and videography services for real estate, architecture, and related industries. Due to the nature of our services, all payments made to Truflix Media are considered final and non-refundable.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

  • Clients may reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice at no additional charge.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in a 50% cancellation fee or forfeiture of the session credit (for packages).

  • Weather-related cancellations or unforeseen access issues (property not ready, etc.) may be rescheduled at no penalty.

 

Refund Eligibility:

Refunds will only be considered in the following circumstances:

  1. Truflix Media Cancels the Appointment: If we are unable to fulfill your scheduled service and cannot provide an alternative date, a full refund will be issued.

  2. Duplicate Payment: If a duplicate payment is processed in error, we will promptly issue a refund for the duplicate charge.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after booking

  • Client failure to prepare the property as agreed

  • Service dissatisfaction due to factors beyond our control (property condition, weather, etc.)

 

Multi-Session Packages:

All bundle or multi-session packages are non-refundable once purchased. Sessions may be rescheduled within the terms outlined in your service agreement but cannot be refunded if unused.

 

Processing Refunds:

Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution.

Governing Law:

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of North Carolina and is subject to change at any time without notice. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
